Life changing education with an eternal purpose
Handbook
Safety Policy: Given the current nature of the school environment, the Teacher will oversee directed play at recess and will agree that, to the best of his/her ability, will oversee all students and their activities whether in the classroom or outside the classroom. The Teacher agrees to set boundaries and rules for safety of all the students that include, but are not limited to, staying within a close perimeter, setting up cones for boundaries to unsafe areas on the school property, and keeping all his/her students within the same designated area at once. Failure to make necessary efforts to ensure safety of all students will be cause for the Board to discuss expectations and safety concerns with the Teacher. HOWEVER, the Teachers cannot be responsible for all natural circumstances that may result in injury, damage, or loss of property or life of the student.

In preparation of possible safety hazards, all students at Living Water are REQUIRED to wear waterproof, protective, and well covering boots at school whenever outside the classroom. Students are also responsible for providing their own bug spray, sunscreen, and allergy medications as needed.

Sick Policy: As with all change of seasons and exposure, illnesses are inevitable. At Living Water, we ask that you refrain from sending your child to school if they show any signs of illnesses. If a fever is present, students must wait until 24 hours has passed with no fever with no medication. If you are uncertain whether your child is contagious, please check with your local pediatrician before returning to school.

Weather Policy: Living Water follows the Little Rock Private school policy for snow related closings. If the roads are clear, we will be open. For tornado and other weather concerns, we will communicate with each class and all parents.
