Enrollment Process for New Students

 

  1. On-Site Tour:

  • We offer onsite tours on the FIRST Friday of every month for prospective students and their families to explore the campus.  Time will be sent out after we receive your letter of interest.

  • We will provide information about the schools vision and values, curriculum, admission process, and any important dates during the tour.

 

    2. Application Submission:

  • Provide an online Applicant Preview form on the schools website or via email.
  • Include sections for personal information, academic history, and any required documents.

  • A deadline is in place for applications to be submitted, all new students must be enrolled by April 25th for a secure spot the following year.

 

    3. Application Review:​

  • Our Living Water Foundation board and teachers will review and pray over applications based on established criteria.

  • Notify applicants we have received their application and will provide an expected timeline for decisions to be made.

 

    4. Interviews (if applicable):

  • Schedule interviews for potential families if needed.
  • Interview may present questions that assess the student's fit for our school and if our program meets the students needs.

 

    5. Enrollment Confirmation:

  • Require accepted students to confirm their enrollment by completing the enrollment form.
  • Parents will need to sign all waivers needed for protection of the home owners, teachers, and school.

  • Collect a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per student for the following year to secure spot in the class. The deposit will be deducted from total tuition.

 

   6. Orientation:

  • Organize orientation sessions covering essential information about the school, academic programs, and resources available. We will host a gathering for all families prior to the start date of school. 
  • Prepare welcome packets with schedules, contacts, and information that all parents should know.

 

    7. Welcome:

  • Students will receive all curriculum materials, classroom materials, and academic materials on first day of school. 

 

  Yearly Follow-Up:​

  • Teachers will communicate with families through group messages and/or newsletters. Teachers will notify families how their students are doing and keep parents informed on what they are learning. 

  • Teachers will also notify parents of resources for additional support as they begin their academic journey and a need comes up.
